Privacy

Short version: Rwandafull collects nothing about you except anonymous saved items that are stored on your own phone or in your own browser. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

What we collect

• Personal data: none. You do not sign up, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
• Saved items: when you tap the bookmark on a story or opportunity, a copy of its title, source, link and closing date is kept on your device only (browser storage on the website, app storage in the mobile app). It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data or removing the app deletes it.
• Your choices: the website keeps two small cookies, one for your language and one for light or dark appearance. The app keeps the same two choices on the phone. They hold no identifier.
• Server logs: like any website, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) see your IP address, browser type and the page requested when you load the site or the app's data. We use this only to keep the service running and safe, and we do not combine it with anything else or sell it.
• Search words: when you search, the words you type are sent to our server to find results. We do not store them.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
• No push notifications and no use of your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
• No selling or sharing of data, because there is none to share.

Links to other sites

Every story and opportunity opens the original page on the publisher's or organisation's own website (in the app, in an in-app browser). Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies. Please read them. Pictures shown on cards are loaded from the publisher's own servers, so the publisher can see that your device asked for that picture.

Children

Rwandafull does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. News stories may contain serious or upsetting subjects such as conflict or crime.

Deleting your data

Because we hold no account and no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove your saved items, remove them in the app or website, clear your browser's site data, or uninstall the app.
